Dr. Louis P. Brown, MD

Louis P. Browne, MD received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, Lexington, KY. He completed an internship and fellowship, as well as his residency at the Greenville Hospital System, Center for Family Medicine in Greenville, SC.

After residency, Dr. Browne worked at the National Institutes of Health on Alzheimer's disease in Washington DC and helped treat those afflicted with this debilitating disease. He also practiced at an Urgent Trauma Center before settling his permanent roots in Greenville with his wife and two children.

In his spare time, Dr. Browne enjoys several outdoor activities including hiking and bicycling. But most of all enjoys traveling with his family.

From treating Alzheimer's to urgent care needs, Dr. Browne brings a multidisciplinary background and a passion for creating an optimal care experience for anyone at any stage in life.

His special area of interest includes adolescent care.

Dr. Browne obtained his board certification from the Academy of Family Practice and is a member of the Greenville County Medical Society and American Academy of Family Physicians.
